CORNWALL has the mildest climate in Britain, spring comes early,and autumn lingers longer. Relax and unwind and enjoy the Cornish beaches, scenery and history, there is something for everybody visiting the area.
The Channel coast runs from the historic Naval port of Plymouth down to the far west tip of Lands End.
Along this part of the coast you will find quaint places full of fishing history the likes of Looe, Polperro, Fowey, Mevagissy, Porthleven, Newlyn and Mousehole.
The town of Falmouth has one of the finest natural harbours in the world , the River Fal connects the three areas – the cathedral city of Truro, the idyllic Roseland Peninsula and the historic packet ship port of Falmouth.
The Atlantic coast is more rugged with lots of beaches of golden sand a surfers dream. The coast travels from Lands End past St Ives, Newquay, Padstow, Tintagel, Bude up to Morwenstow in the North.

DEVON is bordered by Somerset, Dorset and the Duchy County of Cornwall, Devon is England's third largest county with nearly 7,000 sq. kilometres of land. Devon contains the two natural parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor, the coastal towns and seaside resorts of two coast lines, the north coast with Clovelly, Westward Ho! Bideford, Barnstable and Ilfracombe.
The South coast runs East from Plymouth through the South Hams around to Dartmouth, Brixham, Paignton, Torquay, Teignmouth and Dawlish.
Inland is the cathedral city of Exeter, back down to the coast is the town of Exmouth, Sidmouth and on to Seaton which stands at a unique point on the 95-mile Jurassic Coast of the Dorset and East Devon Coast World Heritage Coastline.

DORSET is a county of great beauty, a land of contrast and breathtaking scenery. It is one of the maritime counties of southern England, fronting the English Channel which separates the United Kingdom from mainland Europe. Its coastline extends some 140 kilometres eastwards from Lyme Regis the Pearl of the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline to Christchurch. It also has the famous holiday resorts of Bridport, Weymouth, and Bournemouth.

SOMERSET.A County of Contrasts. Long sweeping beaches and coastal resorts at Minehead, Burnham-on-Sea, Weston-super-Mare or Clevedon are perfect for family holidays made from sand, sea and surf. Venture inland and you will find an epic and wild countryside, alive with colour. A National Park plus three Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty are home to a diverse range of wildlife. The internationally important area of the Levels and Moors are a rural idyll where traditional crafts still bind the tapestry of West Country life. Cradled in the arms of the countryside, historic towns and villages invite you to seek out their history and heritage.
